Enforcement Matters

In enforcement matters, we may act only if our office prepared the notarial deed serving as the basis for the execution (e.g. in the case of a loan agreement or a unilateral declaration of commitment / acknowledgement of debt), or conducted the other non-contentious proceeding within the framework of which an enforceable instrument was issued (e.g. a decision approving a settlement, or an order for payment).
